the whole stack, and the business around it.
I work across the whole stack — strategy and architecture, .NET and DNN development, servers and cloud — which means fewer hand-offs and someone who understands how all the pieces fit. Most of my work is with small businesses and sport organisations who need things to just work, and to keep working.
I also hold a Masters in Management, so I’m as comfortable with the business case, the budget and the board paper as with the code. Technology decisions get made in plain terms, against what the organisation is actually trying to achieve.
It’s mostly just me. When a project needs extra hands or specialist skills, I bring in a few trusted collaborators, so you get the right people without agency overhead, and I stay your single point of contact.
